A couple of months ago you may recall that we introduced our own personal Micro Market in our showroom. The showroom is a hub whereby our staff can go and relax for both their break and lunch times, so we saw an ideal opportunity to install a refreshment hub – aka the Micro Market – to enhance their experience. Our employees are central to the success that we have achieved, so their wellbeing is extremely important to us, as it should be for all workplaces. Alongside our contemporary hot drinks machines, our showroom is laden with quality refreshments, and we now invite you to come and experience it for yourselves.

You don’t need us to tell you that the benefits of the Micro Market are colossal. It’s no coincidence that our staff are now visiting the showroom more than they ever did before, as the process of selecting and purchasing their refreshments has never been as simple. More people can visit the Micro Market at once, and there is more choice on offer for all parts of the working day that include fresh sandwiches, soups, pasta pots and more. We have intertwined the cashless payment terminals with the refrigerators in the showroom, so everything is now paid for using our own personal swipe cards. Never before have our staff enjoyed a break time that is quite so simple and secure.

Of course, none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for the hard work of our staff. Their commitment was admirable in planning and creating the market, and we have people on hand to replenish and maintain on a regular basis. A big thank you to everyone who has helped.
